Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100

• Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.
• We do not have a set cut-off time as it depends on how busy we are on any given day.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post.

• Orders are dispatched from Far North Queensland daily (business days only).
• By default, all orders are sent with signature required on delivery. You can change this option during checkout but please be advised we take no responsibility if your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered.
• Orders can only be sent to Australian addresses, we do not ship internationally at this stage

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and please allow extra time during peak periods.
